Our story
The practice was started in 2008 by Rajesh Verma, a Chartered Accountant, with an initial focus on migration law from a registered office in Sydney. A strategic shift to Melbourne followed in 2009, and tax registration was approved in May 2010 — the milestone that marked our transition into a dedicated tax and accounting practice.
Since then, we’ve built on that foundation by adding SMSF auditing and other professional registrations. Today the practice holds five separate professional credentials — spanning the Tax Practitioners Board, ASIC, and Chartered Accountants ANZ and India — each independently verifiable with its issuing body. It’s this layered accountability, alongside more than 40 years of combined experience across the team, that clients rely on when their tax affairs are on the line.
